CHRIS AND TIMOREE KLINGLER FUNERAL DIRECTOR

Chris Klingler is a native of Hastings, NE where he graduated from Hastings Senior High School in 1996. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and received his education in funeral service in Kansas City, Kansas. After returning to Nebraska, Chris began his service as a funeral director at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont where he worked for Ed Moser, who served as his mentor while learning the funeral business. After spending time in Fremont, Chris moved to Lincoln to work and eventually manage Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home. While working in Lincoln Chris met his wife, Timoree. After longing to return to a smaller community to better serve and develop relationships with a close knit community, Chris began serving the areas of Crete and Wilber with Kuncl Funeral Home.

When the opportunity arose to partner with Fox Funeral Home, Chris and his wife Timoree (a Beatrice native) jumped at the opportunity to return to his wife’s hometown. In January of 2018, Chris and Timoree purchased Fox Funeral Home in Beatrice, Adams, Plymouth and Zink-Fox Funeral Home in Sterling. Chris is a member of the Beatrice Noontime Kiwanis Club, the Fraternal Order of Eagles #531, the Beatrice Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Sons of the American Legion Post #27 and is currently serving on the Veteran's Club House Committee. Chris also served on the Good Samaritan Advisory Board, Blue River LOSS (Local Outreach to Suicide Survivors) Advisory Council, "Catch The Glow" Planning Committee with the Beatrice Hospital Foundation and as Treasurer of the Beatrice Noontime Kiwanis Club. He and Timoree are members of St. John Lutheran Church in Beatrice. In his free time he enjoys golfing, anything sports related, attending community events and spending time with their rescue dogs.

Timoree (Adams) Klingler is a native of Beatrice where she graduated from Beatrice Senior High School in 1997. She is a 2002 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney and has served the Nebraska Legislature as a Legislative Aide since 2004.
