Obituary for Jason Lehman

Jason D. Lehman, 44, of Beatrice, died Saturday, October 14, 2017 at his home. He was born on September 30, 1973 at Beatrice. He graduated from Beatrice High School in 1993. He worked at Rolla-Rena, Orange Bowl, and built and raced remote controlled cars. He was a Husker fan and a racing fanatic. He enjoyed attending the Chili Bowl in Tulsa, OK, and his two dogs Gizmo and Bratz.

Survivors include his daughter, Jocelyn Morgan of Lincoln; one sister, Jennifer Rainey of Blue Springs; grandmother, Irene Lehman of Beatrice; two uncles, Jim Harvey of Steele City and William Harvey of Blue Springs; three aunts, Linda Billups and husband David and Kay Pike and husband Mike all of Wymore, and Carol Greenwood and husband Doug of Beatrice; friend, Michelle Morgan of Beatrice; many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lehman and Beth “Sue” Lohmeyer, sister, Lisa Lehman, step-father, Doug Lohmeyer, grandparents, Billy and Margaret Harvey and Paul Lehman, two aunts, Glenna Reed and Karen Harvey, and cousin, Nellie Harvey.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at the Fox Funeral Home of Beatrice with Clayton Lundstedt officiating. Inurnment of the cremains will be at the Evergreen Home Cemetery of Beatrice. A memorial has been established to the family’s choice. A register book will be available from 8:00 A.M.
